Blame it on government for lack of adequate sensitization. If I were buhari, I'd stop all the needless foreign travels and focus on the myriads of issues at home. I'd also stop all political office holders from embarking on foreign trips. We have a lot to fix at home. Somebody else's home shouldn't be attractive to you when yours is in crisis.

that number is worrisome within 24 hours man. If not contained, it could become double. We've never recorded such since the pandemic started in a single day. That's an official declaration only. Many more must have occurred in hard to reach places but the ncdc couldn't ascertain or record them. Data collection in a country like Nigeria is bizarre. Its also possible that ncdc tried to reduce the figure to that too, in order not to scare people. In USA, the rate of spread is like whirlwind. Even those who have taken full dose are being infected by the new strain. The question is...what's our government doing ?

Visit the ncdc website and you'd know there's nothing misleading in what the OP posted.

I laugh at those who refuse to take the Vaccine, I use to ask, who has seen someone with COVID, until I caught it.

It's a scary shit. Though my symptoms were not life threatening, it still was not a pleasant experience.

So, why are we not locking out citizens and residents of UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Brazil, etc?!! Since they are clearly acting more "irresponsible" than Nigerians and Africans can ever act going by the numbers!!!

Colonialism should never be accepted by any African with even half a brain.

I laugh at those who take the vaccine .... what's the point when people have taken 3 shots of the vaccine and still contracting the virus? If you really contracted the virus they first released to declare the pandemic ... you will know it was life threatening... I write from experience. Whatever sickness people be coming down with ... especially due to harmattan ... will be labeled COVID-19... and specifically Omicron variant.
