Nigeria is developing, but developing really slowly.

PDP years was a waste in Nigeria.
Sad truth, what can we do to fast track development in Nigeria

Thanks for the clarion call- We should stop looking for salvation elsewhere. We all can build this country when we're brave, united and patriotic enough.
That is correct

So let's assume you are right how is Nigeria's development your problem?

Even if you have a strong argument i don't think Nigerians want to hear it from you. Me in particular.

However, from my little experience, people fight and die for what they believe in. Once a person has conviction on a particular matter, you don't force them anymore.

Living outside Nigeria for some time how has made me realize that the present day Nigerians dont believe in Nigeria. They have lost hope in the Failed British Project.

They (including my very self) go any where else and labour (slave if you wish to address it thus) and get what they believe in ( money ,good life, basic amenities ) which ordinarily they won't get in the British Project.

I'm may be wrong but what is there to fight for? 20-10-20 comes to mind.
Nigerians foreigners are a burden to South African economy

Good information.
Yes indeed, South Africa benefited from whites people.
About the current leaders, Nigerians should remove them.
It's not that easy to remove these leaders, there's state capture in Nigeria, and it's a so called democratic system, just like Donald trump who was difficult, if not for the developed high standards of the USA,he would have remained in power, unlike in Nigeria, only after a sitting presidents tenure ends can he be changed, then again they will try to impose their corrupt colleagues and stooges, it's not an easy ride for Nigeria, also many citizens are uneducated and can't make informed decisions, this also gives leverage to the corrupt elites

I am not sure which country you are talking about.

Let me tell you the main problem of South Africa, the ANC government tolerated influx of undocumented foreigners. If this issue can be resolved SoUth Africa will be a better place.
No I am talking about South Africa

I am talking about the corrupt Nigeria. SA is far above naija, no comparison. When last did u hear or see a SA citizen coming to naija for study or huzzle? grin grin

Mehn the leaders are just mentally deranged.

South African companies are struggling in Nigeria because Nigeria does not have laws that governs business.

About rebuilding Nigeria it can start with you, someone needs to start or else Nigeria will a world laughing stock.
Stop being coward
You are just an ill bred fool. Your companies are ripping off Nigerians in collaboration with some rogues in office and you dare speak of cowardice.

Nigerians are the toughest people on earth. They may be every thing but not cowards.

About your stupid economy, it is what it is today courtesy of Nigeria n Nigerians.

Please let’s not insult each other.

If the Nigerians are the toughest why are they afraid to challenge their leadership?

They are. It's not just easy to fight a democratic government in this century. Also bear in mind that most western countries who ordinarily would speak and aid the Poor Nigerians gain from the corruption and decay in the country.

Nigeria played a crucial role in the fight against apartheid in South Africa and other African countries so its just a sensible for other Africans to aid Nigerians now.

I know Nigerians are corrupt but so is South Africans and others. I experienced an unprecedented corrupt practice early this year when I was in Ghana. Right inside their kotako international Airport.

I just pray we have good leaders and watch how these Giants of Africa wannabe bow their heads in shame.

Nigerians love Nigeria but the politicians don't. Why did the politicians hate Nigeria? A good number of the politicians, who have reached the highest level of politics have seen the level of injustice and lack of fairness in the country. They think there's no future in the country and as such, they want to take their own share of The cake.
The masses are still keep busy by the inept actions of the leaders. Imagine a Welder brainstorming on how to buy gas for his generator, think about Nigeria progress. He is struggling to survive first. It's when he gets it right, then he will start thinking of Nigeria.
Are Nigeria cowards? No. The politicians have succeeded in widening the gap among Nigerians by projecting things that divide us that the ones that unite us. E.g. religion, tribe, region, etc.
So an Igbo man can't stand up against a Fulani president without Fulani people tagging Igbos tribalists. ENDSARS is still fresh in our mind. The Yorubas still insist that Igbos invaded Lagos because they're envious of Yorubas.
The northern youths even killed some of those protesting in Abuja, because according to them, the protest is to sabotage the government of their brother.
#northisbleeding protest saw the South stay out. These are fallout from the schemes of the leaders to make sure Nigerians are not United. So Nigerians are brave and patriotic but leaders are the problem

If is a good business, Nigerians should register those business and rent space in the buildings for their business.
They must stop operating in the street to avoid conflicting with jmpd.

Yes corruption could be everywhere but what matter is what will happen if you get caught.

Nigerians aid to SA is not recorded at South African history, maybe the money ended up in one of Nigerian politician’s pocket.

Other countries can help, but Nigerians must take the first step

I'm sure its not recorded in your history. There is a saying in my place " The first person who lends loses"

South Africans only have one target in life to be recognized above Nigeria. I learnt your thugs killed Lucky Dube during 2010 world cup build up cos they thought he was a rich Nigerian...

Let it be known that I detest the ill practices in my home country. I sincerely hope and pray things change and I can proudly say during my time in Nigeria I did all I could justly.

Also know this that I as a person don't remember South Africa as a country so I may never dream of living or visiting there. But you hear me and hear me well, a good percentage of Nigerians are not emphasis on NOT cowards by hard working people.

If your South Africa is blessed with half the type of leaders we have had you all would be back into bare faced slavery.

Funny enough you lots are running to other british projects like India...Australia...Canada...USA...
So whose fault if Nigeria couldnt make its own british project work.....whereas it worked wonders in the above countries. Every country faced with challenges it only some Nigerians that abandon their country in the face of challenges and run away...if the citizens of the countries they are running to had not stayed back to develop their countries would we see anywhere to run to.
Im not against people seeking greener pasture abroad but i reject the idea that we all have to run abroad(not possible anyway)....good for you if you find yourself abroad but please stop insulting our intelligence.....if Nigeria has not done anything for you seek it elsewhere and allow us that want to remain in Nigeria and contribute our quota to making it develop and become great.
