Maybe I am one of the lucky UMI-family. I've been using my A3 pro for 2years plus and it running smoothly ever since.

Take away the little fault, this product is ahead of other midrange products out there in terms of overall functionality and efficiency.

I hope they improve on their lapses pretty soon, they will sure give some big guns a run for their money.

That means your phone is loaded with junk files that are slowing down the charging speed. Do this now and normalcy will return: Back up your important files and then factory-reset the phone. This process will remove all these unwanted files and your phone will start charging as expected.

Pls who has a solution to this my predicament....
While browsing/WhatsApping with mtn on umidigi A7s it browses really fast. But as soon as I switch to airtel it hangs forever. It will takes up to 3mins before msg is delivered.

Please note that only the SIM 1 slot on A7S is 4G enabled

I have changed the apn settings as someone suggested, yet nothing.
