A thief was caught after breaking into an apartment to steal properties.

The suspect who stole items like standing fan, clothes and shoes was caught Tuesday morning, December 28 at Okodi street, Adule-ama in Amassoma community in Bayelsa.

The suspect was stripped naked, tied to an electric pole, flogged before being paraded around the community with the stolen items strapped around his body.
