New Awka Millennium city is already the largest and best in igboland with excellent road infrastructures. Enugu is a poor state filled with poor people. No serious investor goes to such poor zone to waste resources. They should go and demolish Obiagu, asata, Ogui, coal camp, etc, that constitute 80% of enugu instead of embarking on something they can't finish even by 10%. Ofcourse enugu is mate to Zamfara, Yobe, etc. Check the stats. cheesy

okeyglm:
New Enugu city housing estate will be largest housing estate in Africa with 2400 hectares after displacing oyedapo Canaan city estate with just 2000 hectares. Enugu is not your mate ok

You are feeding this troll and derailing this thread. Stop feeding the buffoon with attention.

Just agree that Anambra is the biggest and best state in Nigeria. Enugu State is the poorest and worse state in Nigeria.

He has nothing else to say once you agree with the above. He will feel tired after.

Of course anambra is not your mate.

So next.

before we argue.. Drop whatever meaning you thought was right... Go check the real meaning of real estate...

Now i assume u ve checked if u still hold on to ur assumption..

Please tell us why enugu state have massive housing problem.... Students find it impossible to secure houses...

Tell us why Anambra a more populated state than Enugu do not have housing problem.. Tell us why Anambra is more built up than enugu that is supposed to have more real estate than enugu...

When u define real estate in terms of state. Of course Enugu is bigger than Anambra, but Anambra is way morw built up than Enugu
We are talking about area mapped out by government and planned from scratch. Nobody is arguing if Anambra is more built up. You people should acknowledge where others are doing better and stop embarrassing yourselves

Real Estate is grouped into two categories..
1..residential real estate..

This is involves non business real estate. Could be single building or multi building that re used for non profit
In this category Anambra beats Enugu hands down...this is mostly family house in the villages..

2..as an investment...

This may be single building or many buildings but its mostly for profit either by renting, leasing or selling..

Me and you know Onitsha alone is bigger than what Enugu state have to offer....

Haphazardly built up villages is what you have in Anambra

Enugu is a haphazard jungle, there's no ordinary drinking water in enugu, that's how backward useless worthless enugu is. Most of the water they drink in enugu are brought from the developed organised Anambra.

Enugu is a backward jungle filled with poor people . Economic viability attracts upscale estates, that's why Anambra has an upper hand. No sane investor would want to go to enugu that has same poverty ranking with Zamfara.

Please, I beg you to stop this.

I don't know if you guys are being used to destabilize the region.

Two people need not be mad at the same time.

I have never seen Yorubas or Northerners boasting about their states...eg, an Ekiti boasting to an Oyo man.

You and Camper should put yourself together and behave.

I can comment on any thread and I say the truth. Take a look at the Awka millennium city. First, it's too small, secondly no space for future expansion, thirdly no much progress for a long time now

There is no una...I will continue to advise that this should stop...

How is an Nsukka man more brother to me from Oji River or Udi for instance...

We are even more close to Awka than may be you from Nnewi

So stop all these attack on people from other states, Abia, Imo, Enugu and Ebonyi...

If Anambra is better is for the good of all.

People from Lagos, don't go to rub it in on people from Osun?

Yes nairaland is a free zone. Why are you fixated on Awka Millennium city if not envy and bitterness? You are bitter and envious over AMC because it is not just the largest in igboland but the best single super luxury neighbourhood in entire igboland, that's why you are bitter. Your backward useless enugu state hasn't seen any development since Ugwuanyi came but you haven't gone to enugu thread to cry over your incompetent failure local champion governor.

Anambra is already the best and most developed state in igboland. Tell your incompetent governor to start developing that backward disorganised disjointed village called enugu town. I am sure most people in enugu haven't drank water today or taken their bath in one week, due to water scarcity that your useless state is suffering.

Awka Millennium city is very large, ofcourse the largest new city in igboland. I passed through Awgu, Oji River, etc, your incompetent governor should acquire land there and develop a planned virgin land instead of the mess we see in enugu. Ugwuanyi has just wasted 8yrs with no project to his name, even drinking water is still being brought to Enugu from Anambra.
