The water scarcity in Enugu state is embarrassing,a state in the Biafra region,a region with billionaires fa. What could be wrong?
We haven’t finished dealing with Abia state and backwardness now it’s enugu.
Where are the IPOB Nairaland representatives? Can’t they call Ipob members abroad to help provide funds for Enugu water scarcity?
