I deposited 250k for a self con hoping to complete payment as soon as the apartment is ready..
Now the house is still the way it was when I paid for it, it's been 4 months already. I've been to the house several times, the landlord is never around.
He doesn't even answer my calls anymore neither does he reply my messages.

He also said I should fix the apartment myself and move in and then he'll deduct it from my next rent.. There's too much to be done in the apartment and I don't think I can fix it on my own
