Its good to be optimistic but at some point you have to think logically and ask yourself the really tough questions.
Honestly, what business can one really start?
What skills does he have that he can use to generate wealth?
How many people have made it from almost nothing?
These and others are the questions one should ask.

That was the reason why i said if he utilized it well,besides 1.6 may be small in present Nigeria economy but if he has good skills like you said then he is made for life...you don't need to be a billionaire before you can live comfortable
