This story get as he be. I was expecting to see their work and contribution in the article but all I saw is vague profile.

The Hausa/Fulani has stolen and looted our nations wealth because of their propensity to violence and to commit murder not due to their intelligence. If indeed they were smart their region wouldn't rank as one of the world's poorest area.

It is not a lie, but the list has several Nigerians (I think close to 100) on it, majority of them are Southerners (Yoruba and Igbo). The reporter of this news cut out 3 hausas on the list for reasons best known to him.
