OK, my vote goes for Abraham. After hearing voices in his head he gives up his home and makes his family and sex slave live in a tent. He mutilates his own genitals, then his son’s then actually gets the kid to help him build an alter so he can offer him up as a human sacrifice. The voice in his head tells him to stop at the last minute. But still later after getting his sex slave pregnant he sends her and his other son out into the wilderness to die because he wife nagged him about it.


I mean. Bleep.

What Abraham needed was a course of Chlorpromazine two to four times a day in conjunction with some sort of talking therapy twice a week. However, it seems god isn't a man of science or medicine.

So you took time out to read about Abraham from a book you don't believe as the Word of God or being true? What can your opinion or thread do? Rewrite the Bible or make people scorn father Abraham?

Is that how you go about analysing people in other books of other religions and faith?

How many Shakespeare's characters have you analysed or Wole Shoyinka or Chinua Achebe or Chimamanda Adichie's characters which are fictional?

I am a Christian and I won't go to read Hare Krishna or Hindu or Greek mythology books to create thread to disrespect them especially since I'm not in that faith. It's all shades of disrespectful, insensitivity and shows you are trying hard to offend and fan embers of ridicule and hate.

Hmmm, I think I vote for for not one person but a collection of persons, the Israelites that supposedly left Egypt with Moses. So these guys see all the miracles that their god did and then just because they couldn't see Moses anymore decide to make to make up another god. Add to these all the other shenanigans they got up to and I think they were hard to beat for foolishness.

Two funny things. One is that you probably share similar views with godly people on the reactions of the Israelites though we will not call anyone stupid, especially a redeemed child of God. I haven't seen anything on the scale of the supposed miracles the Israelites were supposed to have witnessed. If I had and then decided to not believe then the comparison would be similar. Can you show me anything similar to the Red Sea parting or manna or sticks turning into serpents and vice versa?
