Maybe Buratai but the person must come from the North. If not your son. But trust me. This is the end of APC and you will be the only president that has ever served under APC (Association of Past Criminals).

Buhari no fit support anybody from other region. I am 100% sure he is supporting a northner, that is how north do, they support each other. When you see north supporting someone from other region, know that they will benefit or planning something in a bigger picture.

Not Tinubu or Osibanjo

When I told them Tinubu will never be president, they thought twas beer parlour gist

We've decided Tinubu's fate
He won't be president .
I don't think you get the statement from the president very well, is is obvious he doesn't want to be probed after his govt, now tell me who can protect him better than the people they serve together in the same govt, so I guess he will rather go with osinbajo, because they ran it together either good or bad, osinbajo will find it difficult to probe buhari because they make key decisions together, another two people come to mind, fashola and ameachi, I'm sure is between three of them, osinbajo, fashola and ameachi. As for tinubu I guess baba akande's book did more harm, it shows tinubu was biter with buhari, so how can buhari trust him that he will not probe him! Anyway we still have some months before the primaries, but this is my observation. Thank you

Uniting because of ethno-religious hatred can't give fruitful union.
If u aren't content with the system then go and hug transformer.

North will rally behind a Yoruba man come 2023. You don't need ethno-religious alliance for this struggle but concrete political alliance which exists between North and SW.

You can't spend all ur time in nairaland insulting and abusing Yoruba Muslims and expect to unite with Yoruba for power play.

Don't just be dogmatic by accepting every lies they feed to ur empty head in religious congregation. You need to know that population alone can't give north the power they hold in Nigeria bcoa the permutation of winning Presidential election requires that a candidate must win atlwast 19 states across the y geopolitical zones with 25% votes.

No matter how low u rate people from far u can't know them until u go closer to them. North is beyond ur delusional perception and dogmatic brain!

HISTORY OF NIGERIA'S LEADERSHIP DISTRIBUTION BASED ON ETHNO-RELIGIOUS AND REGIONAL BACKGROUND
Below is the data that calculated the years Nigerians are ruled under religious, ethnic and geographical location considerations. 60 years since independence, Nigeria was ruled by:
11years Obasanjo- Yoruba
9 years Yakubu Gowon-Angas
8 years IBB-Nupe
6 years GEJ-Ijawa
6yrs Nnamdi Azikwe-Igbo
5 years Abacha-Kanuri
9 years Buhari (+2yrs military regime)- Fulani
3 years Shagari-Fulani
2yrs Yaradua-Tuareg
6 months Agunyi-Ironsi-Igbo
2years Murtala, Shonekan & Abdussalam-Fulani, Yoruba & Hausa.
If calculated along religious line, it can be seen that Nigeria was ruled under Christians Presidents for atleast 32years while Muslims Presidents ruled for 29 years.
When calculated along geographical location, it can be seen that South ruled for almost 24yrs while North rule for almost 37yrs.
Yoruba ruled for approximately 12years, Fulani ruled for less than 12yrs, Angas ruled for 9yrs, Igbos ruled for 6yrs, Ijaw had 6yrs, Kanuri had 5yrs, Nupe had 8yrs, Tuareg had 2yrs while Hausa had 1year only.
North-Western presided Nigeria for about 18yrs, South-West presided for about 12yrs, North-Central enjoyed approximately 18yrs, South-South presided for 6yrs, South-East had 6yrs while North-East are still struggling to get to the apex position and still not agitating for it.
whoever you’re, your write up is not making sense, I look your username, it shows you’re from the north, you really hate my honesty truth about we southerners. I’m a Yoruba man, do you think Muslims surpass Christian in SW, you must be joking, they are 50/50, and why did you bring up the issues of religion as if that’s the passport to enter heaven. My living God need your heart of worship not heart of religion. You knew the truth that if southerners come together as one country, your arewa people would be trembling at our feet. Check the historical background of southern protectorate then before creating of states.

If your slave master Arab Emirates countries based their development on Islamic religion, they won’t be among the developed countries by now. E.g Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran e.t.c look at what they are facing despite been a Muslims countries .

Though you don’t know me at all, but you forget before you passed judgement you supposed to look for facts from both side. Though I was among the people that voted for Buhari in 2015, but I amended my way by voted opposition party 2019. I worked for nobody neither for APC, am just a common man like you. I want the betterment for southerners.

I’m a political scientist and human rights activist, I know more about our southern protectorate historical background

Southerners or nigeria is not complete without igbos to produce the president at this time
Kiss the truth
That’s what am saying, as a Yoruba man & about the history I what taught in school back then, igbos people were been cheated by Nigeria in terms of political positions, only Gen Agu ironsi is the only president Igbo ever produced under military and was also assassinated on Yoruba soil, but he along with his true friend fajuyi.

When I served at aba 2012, I learnt many things about igbos. We Yorubas categorize south- south as Igbo region which is not right. I learnt many things about your tribe. But Igbo need to unite among themselves too, cos Hausa/Fulani sees them as a non serious tribe

If Yorubas will shun greed and throw their weight behind the Igbos in d interest of fairness, abokki will know its game over.
Northern Christians have always voted where the south votes.
But greed is making Yoruba politicians deceive themselves with "we worked hard for it,bla bla bla"
Well,if buhari can rule, shekau is also qualified
Exactly

Everyone wants to peaceful coexistence and unity among his people but the unity u are calling is politically useless at voting points, u can't call for unity just for the hatred/envy of others not for the progress of ur people.
Power and hands of friendship must always be extended between North and South. Your political science shouldn't be limited to paper and emotions; elites and political class are united on purpose because power has to be shared from Presidential seat, SP, VP, Speaker and other positions.
Nigerians should call their Governors accountable rather than being distracted to FG for everything. If justice is served at all levels these uncalled hatred in disguise would have never exists.

OK assume the unity exists in the South. What will happen if power shift is strictly adopted and the united North give Presidential ticket of APC to SW and accept VP while PDP give it to an Easterner? Power can break even a family talk less of Presidential seat. Interest.... interest.... interest!

As a self proclaimed activist, u need to know that we need good leaders who can give us hope than advocating for emotional unity that can't in anyway bring a better leadership to us.

If u are talking about the state of Iraq and Afghanistan, u need to first talk abt those who invaded, killed millions of women and children and underdeveloped them in the guise of modern crusade. Iraq was one of the major sources of knowledge of science, philosophy, mathematics, astronomy and medicine when the whites were never known at all; this is civilisation!
