okay wishing u goodluck.... though rumour has it that the DSSC list may come out last week of this month, as the Forecast of event calendar is carrying DSSC 27 not 26, an indication that the last screening was not cancelled... so let's hope it's all favourable

A friend of mine is in a serious state of dilemma, he applied for the Air force DSSC and he was shortlisted. Here is the issue, the age bench mark is 1992 which he declared but he's more than that. Now his primary certificate indicated in finished at age 6 while Secondary age 12.I'm not sure this is realistic and we are thinking this may disqualify him at the screening. Please those who have been there before we need your input and advice.Nigeria and Unemployment caused it.
Please your input is needed

He will be disqualified, the minimum Educational standard to finish secondary School is 14 to 15 years, however you can use 4 years to finish secondary School but primary school is 10 years, you must be 4years to 5 before you start primary school . So take note

Hello sir... Permit me to humbly ask, are you the board Chairman? You are so sure that he or she 'will" be disqualified.. Why not encourage him?

I have seen severally where protocol was broken that some got the job... Realistically speaking, it might seems impossible but always remember God is still in the business of doing Miracle ...Wen u are due for Miracle, nothing will stop your breakthrough..

Brother, just pray for Grace .. If you are destiny to be an officer. U will wear d Uniform and be successful.. Wishing you the best...

Why bring up a forgone issue. Both @damibjs and @sikowitz17 have sheeted their swords so what's your aim.

I am lucky to have interacted one on one with both @damibjs and @sikowitz17 and I can say these are individuals dat know their onions when it comes to issues of Nigerian army.

If there is/was any misunderstanding, we should learn to serve as mediators and not agitators.

We are better and stronger united.

Yes na...lol...if God helps you and you get into the military, you will know the value of living one day at a time. Your waking prayer everyday will be for God to help you see the end of that day. Which time you wan come take dey reason pension matter.

Gentleman, I equally know that the thread is for prospective gentlemen officers.... The question the guy asked above demands a kind answer!!!! And if you don't have answer to it you ignore it!!! Your reponse toward that question is total wrong!!! Forget passion, most people that join the army join it as a result of benefits....nobody wan die oo...but if it happens then so be it....bless Jah, cos we can't question HIM!...So he asked if there is pension for DSSC....and I believe that the question is a dicothomus question...which you either respond by saying YES or NO...and not the negative thing you typed above.
Thanks!
