. It's Wike's boys that are doing much of the dirty business. So he's mute on the matter. He has used that to settle them. When he's asked, he would rant about the issue being the responsibility of the federal government. But he is doing flyovers on federal government roads and inflating the costs and taking his own cut. He led a massacre at Oyigbo with an army that is answerable to the federal government because he hates the inhabitants of the place. Now that duty calls for action over a serious health issue, he abdicates his responsibility.

It is a pitiable situation. I hardly open my window. Nothwithstanding, the black soot keep making entry in my apartment. We are indeed living in a borrowed time in Rivers state.
