Good day family.

My Samsung Galaxy J4 phone was stolen on 27th December in a mall. I just got a new Samsung phone today, but discovered that all my pictures and videos aren't in my Google photos or drive.

I have been crying since I discovered, cos I don't have any other back up anywhere. All my kids pictures, videos etc are so precious to me. My 11 months old baby's journey so far, from the minute she was born till now, all gone. Its so hard to accept this.

Please is there any other way I can get those pictures and videos back. I am so heart broken right now.

P.s. For those who steal people's phones, please for love of God, just stop it already. You are making people go through uncessary pains.

You didn't synchronised your photos into your Google account.

If it's the same Gmail account that you used for the old phone that you used for this new one, you should be get all your photos back. Try upgrading to the latest version

Then it should have synchronized to Google cloud. Unless you unchecked the option to backup/synchronize your photos. In that case, they are not recoverable.
