If the first couple has a kid, they are going to be similar to the other set's kid because they're twins.
How is this difficult to understand? If my dad were to be a twin and my mum were to be a twin, i would be a genetic sibling of my uncle's kids because of the very similar genetic makeup undecided

Forgot to add the part where my uncle would need to be married to my mum's twin sister for that to happen.
