And the security agencies are not independent. Just look at how that upright police commissioner was remove from Abuja before the kano governorship re run election in 2019. Hashabiah:The police is not under any governor. He can't give them instructions. If they arrest any terrorist, they (the police) are to charge them to court. If they release them before court appearance, there is nothing the State Government can do. And most of these arrests are done by the military and other task force set up by the Federal Government. Thats why the incident captured in the SanwoOlu Magodo Video could happen. Honestly there is nothing he can do even as Chief Security Officer of the state. |
