USD? Naira cash backed CC.

Once the account is funded, you just collect the certificate and leave.

Do they, at least, know what a CC is? What bank, branch, and city you’re in?

SO what they said was there was a credit card but it was Cashback, meaning I have to fund the account and when i requested for a Card Limit certificate they didn't understand what it meant, but they said they could provide a Reference that will show the balance, that got me confused so I decided to halt and ask here.

The Credit Card you did, for the one of 4m limit do you have to fund the account with the same amount ?
Also the Certificate ; is it the same as a Reference

Yes you have to fund the account first. Secondly, the certificate is like a statement. Maybe if you tell them that they might understand what you want. I have a sample I could show you on WhatsApp to show them
