I think you should hire 3-5 (average) writers as interns and tutor/coach them on the types of writing you do .You can consider them a 'team' and they will do any type of writing you give them.

By the way , I'm a content writer, very good with research and learning new methods of writing . I don't know much about academic writing but eager to learn.
