Emergingnation0:oga,.I traveled up North and western part of this country and the population of Igbos scattered all over Nigeria is amazing, the people who can't do without others is igbos.the only hope of Igbos surviving as a nation is the Niger Delta, the population of Igbos won't fit into that half plot of land. And after separation, Igbos will be rejected to settle and do business in other divides and their gigantic population will become a problem to the Niger Delta and a glamour for a separate nation to free themselves from the parasite (Igbo) will start.... 3 Likes 1 Share |

All region for itself, everyone should let people do what they want with their regions and people. True federalism at its finest...South south must improve it's borderlands security to avoid infiltration. |

It's a lie, the more we sit at home the more Biafra gain recognition abroad and possibly dwindle Tinubu chance of becoming president. Ummu Igbo don't mind them. 1 Like |

I pity the poor and the daily pay dependent people there. IPOB has become a cancer that has eaten deep into the social fabrics of the people of SE. Stupidly, some ignorant people that should be better informed are the ones cheering them on just to spite the Nigerian State. At the end, it is their own loss and not the Nigerian State, even though the country looses generally because of perceived heightened security tension that scares away foreign investors. IPOB members have no means of sustainable living. Whether the SE burns is none of their business. They prefer to continue with their threat and intimidation to scuttle development in the region. These guys cash out big time from money received from ill-informed overseas sympathizers. Unemployment is fueling more members to join the group, thus constituting into a ready army to unleash harvoc on their people at any slightest disobedience. IPOB is like the Cambodia's Khmer Rouge that came to power and subjected her people to untold hardship in the name of enforcing discipline. They were using intimation and nationalistic zeal to coarse the people towards doing their bidding. A lot of E-warriors are here reading this and would come over to defend the act of the terror group. Some are in their respective places of work and businesses outside the SE but continually want people to sit at home in the SE. I have people in the SE and no one has ever liked the idea of sit at home. The only ones that have continued to like the idea are the E warriors here just to spite other people that they are one and fighting for one purpose. All the people I have in SE that I have spoken to all expressed sadness on that sit at home and the effect on the general social life of the people. You cant use hatred and anger to achieve your goal. Tact, discipline and good politicking. Sentiments wont give you result or expect people to abide by your rules. You have to go out and sell your ideology. 3 Likes 1 Share |

I have never seen a people as tenacious and dogged like the Igbos. Their resilience is typically unafrican. Rare breed of people. They are the only ones who understand freedom fighting. Inconveniences come when fighting for freedom. Go research history. Consider Nelson Mandela ANC's struggle against apartheid to have an understanding. Respek to them. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Justiceleague1:Igbos have never wanted to exit at least not now, we want to go we want to go, they are still buying and building houses and businesses in the North and West,..if you people truly want to go back and leave other regions then you will be taken serious. Remember your home to park to is the 5 eastern state as the South south states are not into your foolishness. No south south state is in with you, that should explain to you guys where the boundary of your imaginary country starts and ends.....we want to go, park and getat!!!!!!!! 1 Like |

Emergingnation0:the OP is an Easterner. And ipob has lost the support of majority of Igbos who now sit at home out of fear and not out of solidarity. Finally IPOB has managed to unravel what the dumb and incompetent Nigeria security couldn't unravel. By their own hands and deeds, IPOB have shown that they are criminals, low-births, unproductive and worthless unemployable idle citizens who hate their fellow Igbo man and are looking to destroy their own home land. Kanu is also a deviant criminal and a coward who can't face the music he started. He wants to get out of jail by all means and still enjoy the glory of a freedom fighter and he doesn't mind destroying everyone and everything in the south east to get his freedom. We know who he is. He's just a bloody hustler who loves life more than the average Igbo man! 2 Likes |

Awka360: Yes I said do not come home for Christmas because you will regret it. Infrastructure are falling off..no good roads. Gridlock everywhere, the good roads are blocked by security due to fear of attacks on their facilities and personnel(they are not to blame);they’ve got families too. Our mothers and fathers now come back home with serious body pains due to long hours of sitting in gridlock for journeys that usually take 5-10mins. You will suffer on the roads even if u have a private car. The current access roads which ain’t tarred are filled with new gullies and gallops. Shuttling around the state capital is a No No...will get even worse at the Yuletide period. This is a first hand info What i copied above is your comment discouraging Igbos from going to the South East last Christmas but at the end many Igbos traveled and nothing happened to us. I encourage you to do away with hate, it will not help you, though IPOB activities affected South East states negatively, last Christmas showed that Igbos are not afraid of IPOB and nothing will deter us from going home. You claim to love Nigeria, do you think that painting a bad picture of South East is doing Nigeria a favour? Do you think that it's only people in Nigeria that have access to Nairaland? Nigeria will only be great if we say no to evil in our country and not painting our country black in the world over, thank you. |

chiagozien:senseless question,.we don't want one Nigeria yet you won't park and "getat"!!!! Park and go back to the east so that the separation will start from them but you won't just to be making senseless noise...I traveled to Gboko in Benue state, the number of Igbos I saw in the town and their establishment made me start seeing IPOB members as clowns just as I am seeing you now 2 Likes |

Ever8090:You people sound so foolish any time you people come up with this logic. In 1967 This same people all left your regions and returned to East, but foolish people came down to East with their british master and fought them for three years just to have them back to other regions. Ask your fathers why they did that. For your info we will not leave other regions until Nigeria is divided,The reason is this time the battle ground will be in your regions. We can't go back and be in defence side like before. It will soon happen. 1 Like 3 Shares |

Senseless logic, ask your father why they went back to their region and started a war?.. quietly move out this time without a war and no one will come and fight you.bedide I heard that Nnamdi Kanu has an army that even the almighty USA is afraid of, you mean you will scatter and remain in people's land and be fighting them.?... hahahaha, fishes in lagoon and the desert in Sokoto will feast on so much corps my brother. chiagozien: 1 Like |
