EFCC Detains Supo Shasore Over P&ID Scam by Nemere2020: 9:37am On Jan 19, 2022
A former attorney general and commissioner for justice in Lagos Olasupo Shasore is being grilled by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) operatives.

A source close to the commission disclosed this in Abuja on Tuesday.

The source added that the ex-commissioner arrived at the headquarters of the EFCC on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the source, Mr Shasore is being quizzed over his role in the Process and Industrial Development scam.

Wilson Uwujaren, the spokesperson for EFCC, declined to comment on the development when contacted.

Wow!!! This life ehn! But for Asiwaju Tinubu , backed by HE Fashola, Supo Shasore, SAN, would have been the Governor of my State in place of HE Ambode. With this case, I hope it wasn't because of this background checks on him in the event he became the Governor that stopped him .

I love this man so so much but this his alleged role in PI& D really broke my heart. He is a brilliant Ife- trained Lawyer, history collector, intellectual and Ibile Omo Isale Eko Boy .

If he is guilty, he should face the justice system like the disgraced Mrs Grace Taiga, retired Ex-nnpc director.
