He knows the needs of the masses and how to attract development to his state.. His projects are so classic and durable, concrete roads, schools and hospitals... building a classic Airport, linking the whole states with good road network etc ... You can browse it yourself, the projects aren't audio, they re visible, even the blind can feel them
