MNK: After The Abia-State High-Court Judgement; What Happens Next? by BluntCrazeMan: 10:15pm On Jan 19, 2022
Now that the Abia State High Court had already ruled that the invasion of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Father's Residence in Abia State is Illegal, the most probable thing that might happen next is that the FG is going to Appeal the Judgement.
..
And once that happens, then it means that the case against MNK in the Abuja Federal High Court (which would still be On-going as at then) becomes null and void and become overtaken by events, since the Abuja Federal High Court would be considered a lower court to the Appeal Court.
...
Is that correct??

Biafra beware of this victory, don't jubilate yet until it is over.

If you know the antecedents of this government at the beginning you will notice that there is so much drama and intrigues.

Let us wait for the other pronouncements. I warn you all to beware of this judicial victory.
Let us be vigilant at this time and dont rest on your guards.

Nobody is jubilating yet.
..
But we want to know the repercussions and the possible future outcomes of the Abia State High Court Judgement.

They definitely would not pay it.
So, don't even look at that option.

The immediate thing the FG will do is approach the Appeal Court in Owerri.

Just relax and look.
Meanwhile, you're derailing from the thread.
..
..
Now that it is very clear that they would appeal the judgement.. And that the Judgement clearly told them to seek a Political Solution to MNK’s issue (whatever that meant though), would it still be legally right for the Abuja Federal High Court (a supposed lower court) to continue sitting on the case of MNK while his case has now moved to a higher court??
..
Answer the question above....
Or you remain silent.

Free him in a criminal case that he ordered his followers to kill fellow Nigerians?

That idiot will be lucky if he doesn’t receive the death penalty.

To my own opinion the case in Abuja and the one in abia is different one does not invalidate the other on the one in abia his seeking his foundamental human rights and claim from the govt for envading his house against court pronouncement granting him bail
Remember court Grant him bail so that he can be attending his trial in Abuja

Victory in abia will only invalidate some charges against him especially that he escape after bail

Since when did Judges tell the FG to seek a Political Solution instead of fighting Terrorism ?

How will that get Justice for all the murdered ?

It is Certainly not in the Laws or Constitution of Nigeria

That Judge must be sanctioned immediately by the NJC to serve as deterrence!
A substantive case is on in a higher court of law and a lower court issuing counter order, this is an outright gross misconduct by that judge. NJC would determine the appropriate sanction. Fingers crossed.
So the issue of 1Billion damages hold no water under the law

I don't think they will call him..
Remember that MNK is a terrorist and a terrible secessionist at the same time.
If they call him to a round table and treat him with a soft hand, their pride would be lost, and a lot more terrorists and secessionists would rise up..
(Just the way bandits were treated with a soft hand and the next thing we knew, bandits are all over everywhere).

Federal High Courts and State High Courts are on the same level.
No one is higher than the other.

Check well..
..
..
So, since one had already passed a judgement, the already passed judgement can be served in the other courts that are still delaying their proceedings and trials, and thus, the passed judgement can interfer with or even overtake the possible outcomes in all the other courts that are delaying their proceedings and trials.
..
Thus there is no need sanctioning the judge for anything.

Pay him??
For what??
You're joking right??

Why would the FG pay him?
What would ever make the FG to ever consider paying him? (Even if it's N10,000 sef).

The judgement had been passed already.
And if it gets ignored and not appealed, they would seek for a “Writ of Execution” from the court.
And I guess you know what that means?

It would be suicidal of the FG to ignore the judgement.
Federal High Courts and State High Courts are on the same level.
No one is higher than the other.

And if the FG ignores the judgement without appealing, they would seek for a “Writ of Execution” from the court.
And if the get it, they would officially seize all the FG’s properties everywhere and anywhere they like, and sell them out under the supervision of the court, until they realise their money.
..
..
This is one nonsense-case that the FG shouldn't play or joke with.
