Having a meeting and talking about his frequent demand is very good, however, there is the need to actually find out the root cause of the frequent demand from him to see if it is related to an extravagant lifestyle or just being cunning. More so having acquired a fixed asset and liability, he should be encouraged to used the liability (car) to meet up his craving for more finance by using it as an Uber, Bolt etc. taxi.

God loves a cheerful giver. Let mr. A and mr. C continue helping mr. B, just like teachers, their rewards are in heaven.

Just learn to say NO. There is no crime in it. Stop allowing anyone take advantage of you. Help the poor and the needy when you can, not the greedy.

Honestly i can relate, i had a colleague at work we both earned 58k that year, he was doing more than he earned but always begging, seeking help etc, he got married, na all of us contribute for the wedding, he left me in the self con and moved to 2 rooms, na so so beg and seeking favor, him de travel inside lock down wea transport sky rocket... i was living comfortably, i was not begging but helping others financially, this guy helped no one but was always begging, a year later house rent expired, (140k) me was still staying in the self con (40k) na so the guy begin beg, in fact the day his landlord embarrassed him, arrested him with police, na me go use 5k bail am for police station, him wife with baby no get shi shi... he was rouging it and making progress embarrassingly, but i was not begging but my own progress was slow... na this year i wan marry, he now has a second child... some people are just like that, no shame and they don't bloody care and you cant say it to their face cos it will be like insulting their struggle,they will in fact tell you instead of insulting them don't give them...
