Hello good evening all I just received a call that my brother who is addicted to weed and this new drug called ice is slightly running mental, he speak to himself and gets upsets anyhow Please we want to help him Who can suggest any mental hospital that he will be admitted and how's the cost like please He's in Imo State I would psychiatrist hospital outside Imo State Doctors help me He's not fully mad but he is loosing it small small Thanks God bless |
