I'm so so sad now. From Bubu's call to the jersey colour to the ugly referee, I knew it won't end well.
When are they coming back?

At least now we don go factory reset...WC qualifiers against Ghana that some people are already seeing as walkover, as now become a mountain. All hands must be on deck, or else, there won't be WC for the SE.

My personal take from this game...

*Team got carried away
*They got distracted by all those unnecessary visits
*Nigeria needs a good creative midfielder
*Iwobi is finished
*The team needs a top goalkeeper...Maduka is not even close
*Apart from that miss, Sadiq showed promises tonight.
*Why was Ejuke, a ball dribbler and carrier, not brought on when everywhere seemed blocked...he can play through the middle too.
*Eguavoen is not technically sound...you just pack strikers put field without retaining someone to feed them.
*Lastly, Buhari should please stay away from anything that is going well in this country...it is one too many abeg

Total spot on. You are right with every single points.

You see, its not a question of not being sound. Enthusiasm on the pitch matter a lot. The moment they started playing in first half as if there is nothing at stake and they kept kicking the ball up in the air rather than passing the ball around, I know there was a problem. It was as if it wasn't the same players. Did the Tunisian played as much as Egypt? No. But they won because our players energy level in the match was so low. Like the Eagles of the last few years. Not the same as first three matches where everyone was contesting for the ball and running after the ball. Iwobi came in with high energy to change things but he couldn't control is legs.
You've said it all.

Instead of u guys to blame the coach tactics, u r busy calling buhari.how can eguaveon remove a striker for a striker when looking for a goal.that is pure nonsense.what is sanusi doing on the pitch.eguaveon should not coach us against Ghana if we want to go to the world cup.look at the person they sacked rohr for.

Hes problem was that his tactics was on YouTube and the Tunisian paid serious attention to him. When I even watched the video I was wondering why his tactics was out in the open. The players are also average plus the coach limited tactics. Empty net quota system could not score. They had better find a way to bring people like lookman, emmanuel Dennis and find a good keeper even if its a local keeper.

All the rubbish you wrote up there are just emotional rants.

Coaches got sacked for 5yrs of non-performance, Ekong can launch ball, if his Winger is unmarked and he did that beautifully, many times.
Eguaveon is still our best bet, we need to develop our local Coaches, build their knowledge and confidence.
I know you could be one of those who benefit from the rot and corruption involved in employing these good for nothing foreign Coaches like Gernot Rohr.

Shameless Black person that always depend on a White person for everything.

Now that we have lost, a nonentity like you will start forming "Coachito"! grin grin
spot on bro, Tunisia did not outplay us, even with a man down the weakness was never apparent, but like we have always noticed in their previous matches the SE are not clinical in front of goal, we lack a clinical finisher and that was our greatest undoing.

Very Timid display, particularly in the first half. The coach should have rung the changes earlier. The players seemed frozen, lacked intensity. All the praise got their heads in the cloud.

Buhari’s call was totally unnecessary. May have put the players under unnecessary pressure. His handlers always wanting to insert him into every success story, has backfired badly

This Tunisia team was nothing special, was there to be beaten

its obvious the team is not that sound as we thought

Tunisia exposed their weakness and capitalized on it
Every team has a weakness, that things didn't go Nigeria's way tonight doesn't mean that the team not good. Even far weaker teams have beaten teams better than the Super Eagles. This is not the first time we'll see a team sit deep like that and get a lucky goal. Nigeria created good or far better chances than Tunisia but lost cos they weren't clinical enough.

Anyways...

We didn't give SuperEagles any chance before the start of this tournament..

Make we take the positives

- Austin Eguavoen should be retained as SuperEagles Coach

-It's now clear there is a lot of work to be done to overcome Ghana, if we want to be at the Worldcup

- SuperEagles players by now knows half chance counts

-I prefer Uzoho to Okoye

-The NFF leadership, Ministry of sports and the Presidency's visits and calls distracted the team angry angry angry

Badluck followed the team today. I don't know why people are praising that disaster Tunisian team. There're days your team will play beautiful football with scoring opportunities and not win.
Nothing special about that Tunisian team at all. Our goalkeeper goofed with only chance they had. We had chances upon chances to equalised that lone goal but Badluck was upon us.
As for iwobi, I've Nothing to say.

Another disaster today was the referee. He supported Tunisia all through the match.
