Borno would have been a child's play. When he was in the APC, he was a good man but the moment he broke away, he became their nightmare.

How does that prevent the governor from fixing the state owned roads.
Hpw does that prevent him from payinf pension
How does that prevent him from paying salaries.
Borno state is in the heat of terrorism look at what the governor is doing there.
Ortom is not using the money to fight terrorism, he is not paying salaries with the money, he is not doing any project with the money....
He only comes up at the end of every month when other governors are paying salary to lay blames on Buhari.... my local government chairman has started and finished more projects than Ortom.
In Benue it is local government projects the governor goes to commision, state has no project. Even the tap water he commisioned was not a state project......
