I work in Lagos but I was just told by the company I work for to transfer to Enugu. I just payed my rent of yesterday and get the news of the transfer today. The house is a self contained apartment(toilet, bathroom and kitchen ensuite)at Onipanu just after Palmgrove. I need someone who is interested in the apartment to let me know. Oga, don't do such, it's Crime.
Instead, go talk to your Landlord and seek his opinions.

I'm sure he'd offer you a way out.

If a tenant tries that shiitt with me, I will evict em immediately.

Why won't you be against it when all you people do in lagos is to collect ridiculous amouth as agency fee,legal fee,caution fee,and service charge all in the name of greed..
