Think of any good business you can start and build up with 100k, use your current relationship with them to apply for loan.
No company will pay you 20k today and the 105k next month when you meet their MD.

I worked with BC Kash for a year (2018) as a loan officer. Their basic was from 30k to 65k then You earn a max when you successfully give a loan to 10 groups 50people in a month. And also you must recover at least 80% of the loan in a month. That's what I know. The job is just OK to manage. The problem is the loan you gave out, you must recover the loan by any means.
I was a regular customer in police stations around Surulere.

Being a staff doesn't mean u will earn salary at the end of the month, earning of salaries is determined by loan you issue out in a month unless you're an account officer �.my advice be say make u think am well well before e go zeh for u

Better go and look for another job,that guy doesn't regards anyone at all. Just a very selfish guy. Just note that the first three months,you are entitled to only 40% of your salary,and they won't inform you. He say he does that because he knows that people doesn't last there,.he a kind-of use it to hold you down. Toxic work place

actually a friend of mine was there for an interview on Monday.. But he narrated the same stories as yours.. He was complaining about the building structure of the office that it was nothing to write home about,, he also told me that the job description is based on commission from 46k to 1009k depends on how many clients you bring, which you must bring up to 50 clients to get loan from the company for that particular month... So I advised my friend to forget about that marketing job and get a good job which will pay him monthly instead of commission work.. Because I had similar experience in the past.. Is left for u now to decide urs.

hello, this would be the worst job you will ever take. Trust me.
You can never last a month there. They will give you target not just to loan money but to recover all loans you loan.

This means you are guaranteed not to even see the N20,000 first salary. They just want to use you.

If you loan 10 people short term loans asking them to pay in 7 days... trust me only 1 single person would pay.

Flee working for loan companies. They are currently the worst than yahoo boys
