Don't panic guys, this might be a general problem from them since almost everybody is seeing same thing. I hope they will rectify it soon

Mumu bank. When it comes to debiting my account, they can never experience failed transaction.

Please leave the bank out of it. My colleagues, using ACCESS bank didnt get their payment for october, same failed but they ve gotten november. Now, i that got october, UBA bank is now having issue with november, saying failed

Failed, no action taken... All these are not from your account, I think npower decided to pay some people and owing some for the reason known to them alone.

I got paid in September, they didn't pay my Oct and I got paid in November.

Some people that got paid in September and October are not paid in November. Meanwhile, some people got the whole three months while some got only Sept so far.

You are absolutely correct. Colleagues all fall in the category you just described

Guys, i just got paid now. UBA Delta state despite my dashboard showed failed yesterday. I dont know but heres what happened.
I just logged in to my dashboard to check the status and i saw the same failed, transaction does not exist. Decided to chat them up since i touched the chat icon and it says they are online.
I dropped my complain and didn't get any response. Funny enough, less than 3minutes i sent the text, i got the alert.
So, i dont know o. I am not saying the message i dropped on the chat icon on my dashboard prompted payment. I dont know. It could just be a coincidence.

It really worked. I messaged via email two days ago concerning my wife's stipend for October and did same a while ago as regards November. To my utmost surprise, she received alerts for the two months within 5 minutes.

I am happy most of us are getting or stipend after sending them mails and live chat on our dashboard.
I decided to share the moment i was credited after starting a live chat and got credited. Didn't even know it works. I am happy to know the live chat and mail prompted their quick action.
