The worst commentary I had ever heard calling that the CLEAREST penalty when Koulibaly handled the ball inside the box. The commentator even said if you didnt see that you needed a pair of glasses. Thankfully the referee overturned it and it was NEVER a penalty because there was nothing Koulibally could do with his arms tightly by his sides.

That Guinea guy intentionally kicked the ball against that senegal defender hand and then insist on a PK. Thank God the ref is not those controlled type.
