Anambra indigenes need to change the negative mentality about the Nigeria Police Force.
There was a certain police doctor from my town. Even though he wasn’t the typical olopa you’d see at checkpoints, he was still paranoid about his involvement with the NPF. Not a lot of people knew he was a police man and this was more than 20 years.

In the next 10-20 years from now, we’d be wondering why northerners are the majority in the police force.

Bros, is it not the figures the authorities give you as those that applied you will see?
Few years ago there was an outcry as a result of the lopsided employment in the dss in favor of Katsina. Nothing was done about it.
No to avoid the outcry, why not be proactive and release figures that certain indigenes of certain unfavored states did not apply much and claim favored states applied the most.

Check closely, you'll find even names of dead people amongst those that applied from the North.
I'm also sure that a good % of the total applicants from that region do not even hv primary 6 certificate let alone SSCE but you you will be surprised to see them amongst the successful applicants all in the of federal character.

Whereas their Counterparts from the South as qualified as they would be won't even scale through the screening stage just because the lazy and illiterate North must be accommodated.
