As far as your contesting will divide Amaechi votes if at all he has an ambition to contest you have my support.

For close to 2hours, Wike held a conference yesterday and all i could hear was Ameachi. Paid the press and media just to publicize Ameachi and makr him more popular. A waste of Rivers Tax Payers Money.

But seriously, what is the crime with Obi and the Pandora people talk about? Can it be articulated? Last I checked, having offshore entities as a holdings for one's assets is no crime. It saves you from unnecessary taxes especially if you are an international person of means.
Where it could be criminal is for politically exposed persons that steal money and acquire assets they do not want traceable to them.
