I totally agree with supreme court. Education shouldn't be use as a basis for good leadership. during pre colonial era our leaders then many don't
have school certificates but they provide good leadership compare to rogues politicians parade themselves leaders...

We need strong institutions that will protect our common interests and wealth not this one we are operating.

It takes a really foolish mkpuru Mniri smoker to compare pictures of celebrities on make up taking by professional photographer in a Studio to the picture of a man who just woke up in his pyjamas

A University degree is very much ok. Aside that, the person should be computer literate. Another important aspect is age. Age should be a factor because the affliction we have now would have been averted if we had someone much younger and healthier.

And the age limit should be 65 maximum while the minimum should be 25.
