Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, is likely to turn down Abubakar Atiku’s request to run as the Vice President, as he believes that by his performance he could be running for Presidency.

Recall, NEWSRAND had reported that according to a reliable source, the former Vice-President of Nigeria, who is vying for the seat of the president has picked Wike as his running mate over Peter Obi.

You know nothing of Peter Obi; go through the history of the battles he fought to become governor of Anambra and the subsequent battles while he was governor. Let me tell you something most people don't know about him; he doesn't do extreme money politics. And you and I know that who who doesn't do extreme money politics goes no where in our country and it is quite unfortunate. It is our loss as a people.

He is the best candidate I have seen so far and he has money.
He will get support in the SW and NW against Tinubu and of course once he clinches the PDP ticket the SE will fall in line
