I need advice as I'm thinking of taking a car on hire purchase here in benin city for bolt/Uber services.

It is a Nigerian used Camry (Voltron), it will be given to me for a total price of 4,800,000 naira.

Initial deposit for the car is 500,000 naira, then insurance, consultancy fee, legal fee and car tracker, everything amounts to 840,000 naira including the initial deposit for the car.

I'm to pay 35,000 naira weekly plus 2,000 weekly for management, which amounts to 37k weekly for a duration of 3 years

For three years I will have to pay a balance of 4,300,000 naira

Please what do you guys think ? Should I go ahead with the contract ? Will it be profitable for me on the long run ? Will I be able to meet up with the balance payment if I register the car with bolt ?

Please I need advice, I don't want to do something I will regret later, thank you

Damn! 3 years of captivity...not nice....I think there are better options out there in this regard

Ohh good that's better for than the hire purchase idea. When you get your car you can check out Flickwheel for a good mechanic around you that will fix your car well when it needs repair.
