Good morning to NLanders
Bolt blocked my driver account due to low rating. Reason being my account rating is 4.3 which is lower than the minimum rating of 4.4. Where as, its on 4.4 on my app even after login out and in as they directed. So I contacted them, only to be told that there is nothing they can do about it been reversed, that its in automated review, whenever it has been reviewed they will let me know. Then I asked the customer agent I was talking to, from experience, what is the longest time it has taken for an account to be reviewed, she said, 1 year. So it brings me to this question
As a Bolt driver whose account has been permanently blocked, can I open another account? If yes, how? Do I need to change informations about myself?

Remember before bolt block you permanently for low rating, they will first block you twice temporary, abd for you to be blocked twice for low rating and finally getting permanent block

It's means you're a very bad driver
Go look for another job sir

If you open another account they go catch you because you using same drivers license




When una get account una no go behave well once they block am, y'all will be looking for solution up and down

I'm sure you've seen how helpful bolt app is to you



If you see where most of these drivers de castigate bolt and Uber eeeh you will just hate the company, but once the company block they start crying

The only solution I know my friend who is also a bolt driver did then when his account was temporarily blocked was that he used his friend drivers license and the friend also followed him to bolt office for inspection and all that.

For them to block you permanently means that you have consistently been getting poor reviews and rating>

Bro where you able to resolve this ?
