I will answer that question base on your options
Osinbajo has the highest chance because of he is still in power, he has the chance to convince his boss to support him, his boss is the key to the throne base on loyalty to his boss and being a Christian makes in top the list,
Tinubu is quite powerful but his merely seen as a regional leader just like Awolowo, his age is another factor that might knock him out, his religious background will run against him especially as Buhari the current president is same religious background with him, fairness would want a Christian to clinch the seat
Atiku age, religious background and some political gladiators see him as someone who cannot be controlled if he is given the key to the throne because of his lifestyle

Peter Obi looks closer but he is in the Opposition, it will take technicalities for Opposition to win the throne, the ruling party holds the Knife and the Yam.
Please no body to argue with me base on Jonathan losing that seat because Fear subdued Jonathan chances in retaining the key
