It seems NASIMS have finally hired competent people.
I have returned to my PPA since Monday.
I hope they start processing December to encourage me at least.

Somebody mentioned 3 am yesterday, then I spent a sleepless night just to send them mail, I did send the mail exactly 3 am yesternight. Nothing happens up to now

At last, GT failed invalid account November stipend entered around 2: 19am like a theif after sending them several mails both dashboard and email address. God is powerful.
