Well I commend his effort. Albeit, waking up one year to election when you don't have a political structure spread is a journey of knowing the end from the beginning. It's the structure that wins the election in Nigeria. And these structures are being controlled by political parties. So, if your structures can't be decentralized from national, regional, state, local, ward till the polling points across the nation. Forget it cos what you're doing is a mere Wish.
