God bless you my dear, that is, of u never at any point supported buhari's in both 2015 and 2019
Enough of who supported who in the past...Nigeria as a country can't afford to make another mistake again.. irrespective of the region that produces the next President...a vibrant and charismatic President is needed, if not, Nigeria might not comeback from another 4 years of decadence

In a just and fair nation the igbo should be given the presidency to stop their marginalization cry, especially as their zone is yet to produce the president of Nigeria since 1999. It will solve many problem.

But no...in the greedy world of politics brother kill brother.

What I know is that injustice not corrected will create another problem in the future.

If the North East join other part of the north to produce a south west president in 2023,they should no that in 2030 a north west will also want to get the presidency even as buhari is from North west..

Invariably the fate of the north east will soon be like that of the south east.
PDP suppose to give them the ticket honesty... But Fulani party is a no no because southeast hate them!

In a just and fair nation, everyone must work to earn. You shouldn't earn on a platter of gold. It would be unfair to the others.

If Igbos want to be politically relevant, they need to play politics like the others.

When Obasanjo became president what work did he do to earn that?rather he was even supported when the south west voted AD.
Then as expected when he was to leave to balance power he supports a northern who later died which was Yardua

Goodluck Jonathan then took power from there, then the brother kill brother of politics set in and the south west help the north to snatch power from south.
At what point did the south East didn't work to earn it.?
After all they supported Obasanjo and Jonathan?

Or by 2030 when the north west who currently is enjoying 8years president we want to be fighting for president at the deriment of North east and North central you we be saying they didn't work.

I did not make the post out of tribalism or bias mindset. Rather I am telling you that an injustice not properly taken care of will run off on it perpetrators and the north will soon get a taste of what they are sowing in the future.

Today the south has sharply divided,we are waiting for the north to break down.

No one is telling the Igbos not to contest.

But don't tell other Southerners to step down for an Igbo man.

First of all, the Igbos should agree on a candidate, and let him test his popularity against other Southerners in the primaries of PDP.

Because we all know that if APC chooses an Igbo man as its presidential flagbearer, Igbos will prefer to vote for a Northerner than an Igbo man contesting under APC.

These people don't know how to play politics. No one marginalized them. And they are not to be pitied.
