The Ten STATES are unfortunate. Their Governors are Thiefs incompetent illiterates and looters. They should be impeached.

It is obvious that 4 of those states listed are the ones funding many of those that are not even listed. If they have control of their resources, would they even need FG? [quote author=powerfulguy post=110081772]Top 10 states that CAN NOT survive without federal allocation

1. Bayelsa

2. Taraba

3. Benue

4. Delta

5. Jigawa

It's not about party bro. Remember the incumbent governor of Benue moved from APC to PDP and performed poorly while another moved from PDP to APC and did creditably well.

Remove Bayelsa, Delta and Akwa Ibom from that your useless list, these three states plus Rivers state are the ones feeding the rest of Nigeria. Without Bayelsa, Delta, Akwa Ibom and Rivers Nigeria is no better than Niger.

Which one be Lagos ni?
Which resources Lagos get?
What is difference between Lagos and Ekiti?
Tinubu used politics to make sure Port Harcourt, Delta and Calabar sea port cease to function, the federal government was claiming that these ports where not up to standard, Donald Duke, the then governor of Calabar spent millions and renovated the Calabar sea port but Tinubu made sure that the sea port does not get the required license it needs to operate from the federal government.

The port in Lagos is what dragged development there otherwise Lagos is no better than Osun state. Nothing special about Lagos, no resources, even Zamfara get gold, Lagos nor get anything, it just became a rich city because of corruption and nepotism, common fuel and diesel when NNPC stop this period the entire Lagos don de shake.

Which schools? Early learning?

For your information, I lived in Aba for almost a decade. So, I am not given you a second hand report but report from what I saw and experienced.

Up till this moment, salaries of teachers are yet to be paid. I lie?

Abia state is the worst in the whole of Southern Nigeria.
you lied . you lived ,not live in Aba .There is a difference. Heck, how can one even know you lived in Aba ? The stat that forms the base of this thread total knocks out your claim that Abia is the worst state in the south. There are arguably only 2-3 states in the south with more manufacturing multinationals in them than Aba.
There is arguably same number of states with more local owned companies than Aba. And there isn't a state in the south that beats Abia in terms of shoes, clothing and metal fabrication -so how is Abia the worst ?

when last where you at okigwe road primary school? osusu primary school? and a whole lot of others .Even ones in the villages aren't left out, most of them have mini stadiums now.

Please park well if you don't have better talk- even many states in the south are yet to implement the new minimum wage structure to it's fullest.

It's because if u remove the FAAC to the state one will realize the governor's are lazy and incompetent they don't think of ideas bringing business to the state rather dey are focus on looting substandard roads and putting a lackey successor to continue der rubbish
the main reason FAAC exist is because the federal government refuses to let states manage it's natural resources- many of us overlook this singular fact.

FAAC isn't a favour to states,it's there right

Teachers are still own salaries for months. Is that a lie?

Abia state is the worst state in the South in terms of infrastructural development. Both soft infrastructure and hard infrastructure are missing in that state.

What about Boys Technical college?

If you have stadiums without teachers paid regularly, how can you expect quality teachings from the teachers?

In this case, expect examination malpractices being aided by hungry teachers for survival.

Faulks road leading to Arriaria market is not in a good condition. Ishimiri has taken over the road.

My man, no come here dey lie.

The shoe business is no longer as profitable as before because bad roads has chased away potential customers from Aba. Coupled with the fact that Chinese product don finish the shoe industry.

My man again, you are not talking to a novice.

Why your shoe no disagree for inside Aba Ishimiri roads?

When I talk about development, I am talking about both soft and hard infrastructural development.

Base on this, no state in SE is as developed as Ogun State. Neither does Abia state come close.

You had better travel and see for yourself. I doubt if you have been to at least two cities in each states in the South. I doubt.

I kindly disagree with you. Is it too difficult for you to swallow ? you claim ogun is more developed -no problem..

And I say ogun is no where near development .No airport, no sea port, bad roads -more bad than anywhere in the SE, open defecation is still a tradition in that state, no 24 hour electricity ,no sky scrappers,Aba even has more highrises than any city in ogun state, in terms of industries ,they both are slightly apart- so what makes ogun more developed ?
in terms of commerce Aba is ontop ,is it SME's ? in terms of education,we know which region have been leading in federal exams.

How exactly do you measure this your development ? we see humongous igr figures from ogun yet,the can't complete there flyovers or even one out of two airport projects groundbreaking has been done for.

from ogun state.

Shoe business is still trending .Your putting or have in your wardrobe a clothing that's made in Aba.
And there is nowhere called ishimiri in Aba.stop regurgitation of I hear say facts.
you access Ariaria through mcc-samek road(beautiful road) , thought you lived in Aba.

Today omuma road is being constructed (it also leads to ariaria)

faulks road is being redone with reinforced concrete ,if people can find there way to agbara and many parts of ogun despite murderous roads, then others definitely can find there way to Ariaria.

BTC ? seriously ? when did you even reside at Aba ? sure you're one of those know it all yoruba corpers that served in the East. you think traveling through Enugu-ph, aba-owerri , Owerri -anambra roads on your way home after NYSC means you can act like you lived at those places?

you even know of Ariaria ? that shows how popular it is,but remind me again of any internationally popular market in ogun ? I can't seem to have heard of any -how about you ?
