You see how these ab0kis are just wasting money..
If you talk, they'll say you're hateful. Niger Deltans are suffering from oil spill and other environmental challenges yet the small money left from sales of crude oil (not refined) still get wasted by the people in NNPC.

How did we get here as a nation?
Leave Niger Delta ...shabi Iran sanctions has been removed

Watch oil price drop to around $55 again ...when oil become useless they would understand what Igbos have been saying ....won't be surprised if they still blame Igbo then

Rather than waste such money if there is no guarantee of getting it back after all the English that was spoken above, let the 107 million be considered lost, that is let it waste. Then use out of those plenty billions to supply new good fuel.
Re: NNPC May Spend ₦201 Billion To Clean 170.25 Million Litres Of Dirty Fuel by kingphilip(m): 7:51am On Feb 11, 2022
Why can't they return the fuel to the supply and collect a good one back?

Is there something they are not telling us?

For me if I buy a deficient product, I either return to exchange with a good one or I get full refund of the amount I paid.

Why not they should take it back to where it was bought and if that is too cost then let them throw it away but wasting #201 billion on clearing it is a great lost to Nigeria or I will say nnpc are thieves, how would they spend more than #1000 to clear a letter of petrol let them rethink otherwise Nigeria will bust

We keep attaining record breaking lows, if we were sane in this corn3 those at the helm of affairs would apologize for the national disgrace whilst tendering their resignation, but hell no sanity doesn't exist in this part of the world.

The headline is misleading. The 200 billion is not wholly an expenditure, perhaps only a small percentage will be used for operational costs. If for every 200 litres of bad petrol, 800 litres is needed to dilute the methanol level to an acceptable extent; then, you get circa 1000 litres of petrol at the the end of the blending. All of it will be sold, and the costs will be recovered.
