RAW IS egg is not so good they take time to digest and you may not get all the vitamins plus they can carry salmonella germs

Here's a fact you are unaware of. Raw egg contains more nutrients than cooked egg. The longer an egg is cooked, the less nutrients it will contain. That's why cooked egg that is close to raw egg, is the best, for while it is not raw, it also contains a lot of nutrients.

Raw eggs contain an enzyme called avidin which binds with biotin in our intestinal gut thereby leading to biotin deficiency.
Avidin can only be killed by Proper heating.
