Two years after letter of appointment

If u like go for ur masters OSAP, so far u have been employed on GL 8 of ur degree certificates that's where u will be till u do promotion then u can be progressing like that, if u like have PhD u r not getting automatic promotion to anywhere and don't be surprised someone who is not up to ur grade level might head ur unit at work.....its connection, getting govt work is not easy but once u get it just be ready for work political struggle
