The height of moral decadence in our society is screaming repentance. Moral decadence demanding uprightness. The citadel of learning in Nigeria has lost its relevance. From the head to the students in Universities. For a fact, he must have shown the tendencies before he assumed office and for it to even be out in the public, more of such heinous and dastardly act must have been swept under the carpet.
