You tap in with the deduction of #500 then you tap out to collect change of #200. The question is this, why not make it a mandatory #300 without tapping out? Every week, their machines develope fault and it won't tap out. Consequently, you pay #500 for a #300 journey.

When you complain, they will Tel you to go to a particular terminal you will spend about #200 transport there to get #200 balance.

With all the rip off, how come they can't pay their debts? They don't pay drivers well and regularly; They have so many abandoned buses yet people queue endlessly to board bus.
