You are all knowing indeed. I am sure you also know the people in power who don't want Kyari extraadited to thee US and how they have planned that skillfully. You are good in seeing "big picture" but very bad in understanding very small things.
And in your wisdom you believe that aiding 419 guys, money laundering is less grievous that doing drugs? And an officer like Kyari who paints himself as the clean guy will agree to a plot where he will not be extradicted to the US by being the drug baron's guy?
