Hello , A friend that Visited from the United State last Year August was sharing with me how very Trivial Matters were taken to Court and it wasn't a Joke at all ,He told me that when he Arrived USA initially that he saw someone sue another person through his lawyer for Telling Lies against Him ..

In Nigeria Can one Sue another Person for telling Lies against One and seek 50 Million Naira as Damages ? Will Nigeria Court Entertain such Case ?

civil court will handle that..get your evidence right..get a lawyer to file and Sue the person for defamation of character
