If you want to get retained after your internship, start by finding out what part of the job your boss hates doing.

If you can help them do their most frustrating tasks, they will find you indispensable and ultimately retain you.

Note that most bosses will pay anything just to get and keep their freedom (time) intact. This way, they're able to focus on important things as related to their business.

If you can help your boss tackle their most tedious tasks, they'll definitely retain you!
