I started hearing about him recently. He is the best but many people don't know him.

If there is polling unit in those schools he built at North and West, Rochas will still loose there if election is conducted and he is up against any tribe's man.
That's how much the people from that side hates the average Igbo man.

I know of one Rochas Foundation in Adamawa state, the beneficiaries course the Igbo man at the slightest provocation.

Well this one legged thief really has a thing for education though.
When he was governor of Imo State,not taking your child to school could get you into trouble.
But it doesn't change the fact that he is an over ambitious criminal.
